  • Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating features and benefits, and recommending complementary items to enhance their purchase. Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of showroom revenue goals.
  • Prepare accurate price quotations for customers, including itemized lists of selected products, pricing details, and applicable discounts or promotions.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all specifications, quantities, and delivery details are correctly documented. Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics teams to arrange product delivery or pickup.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases. Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Complete administrative duties related to sales transactions, including entering orders into the system, processing payments, generating invoices, and maintaining customer records and databases.
