In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers select premium plumbing, bath, and kitchen products that best fit their style, needs, and budget. You will create an exceptional showroom experience by building strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge, answering questions, and offering personalized solutions. Working closely with homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders, you will guide customers through the selection process while supporting sales growth and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITES:


Customer Engagement:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a showroom environment.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Exceptional active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical product information effectively.
