POSITION SUMMARY
Acceptable candidate is to insure smooth operation of a retail location. The position is to include excellent attitude and customer service, as well as leadership skills. Candidate would be responsible for complete station operations in the absence of the Station Manager. This position will require some evening and weekend work schedules. High quality and effective personal management skills are a must. These duties would include accurate bank deposits, basic understanding of balance sheets in Excel.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

A. JOB DUTIES
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE: This person will maintain good communication with customers; sales reps, associates, and superiors to assure procedures operate within the framework of organizational goals and objectives.
2. PERSONAL MANAGEMENT: This person will be responsible for the training and development of all new hires, as well as the further advancements of existing associates. Schedule writing to insure proper customer service and staffing.
3. MANAGEMENT: This person will perform all necessary functions to operate a retail site in a corporate environment including product inventory management, (purchase, display and resale).
4. CASH MANAGEMENT: This Assistant Station Manager will be balancing daily tills and station sales to make accurate bank deposits.
5. PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS REQUIRED: Performs a variety of general duties, including telephone reception, ordering and restocking products, cleaning and maintaining the facility, and other routine functions.

1. Education: High School
2. Experience: A minimum of four years retail supervisor experience is preferred. Must have general knowledge of accounting procedures. Must have experience in working with point of sale systems.
3. Licensure/Certification: N/A
4. Other Qualifications: Must be able to work cooperatively with others and communicate in writing and verbally effectively with others. Must possess the desire to achieve higher standards for self and others. Should be a team player that is willing to also learn from the team.
5. Attendance: Regular attendance is a requirement of this position.
