Want to be part of the team that keeps our luxury passenger vessels operating smoothly and looking impeccable? Manthey Hospitality is hiring Dockworkers / Maintenance Technicians to support dockside operations, vessel movements, and guest-ready presentation for Nashville Riverboats.

What You'll Do
- Support docking and undocking procedures, including line handling, fender placement, and gangway management
- Maintain awareness of tides, weather, and marina activity to ensure safety and vessel security
- Keep dock areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Assist with exterior vessel care (washing, polishing, light detailing, equipment staging)
- Perform basic dock and shoreside maintenance to maintain a polished, luxury environment
- Maintain dock equipment (hoses, power washers, carts, safety gear)
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading provisions, supplies, and event materials
- Provide professional, discreet assistance to guests, crew, and approved visitors
