Our clinic blends advanced pelvic floor therapy with whole-body wellness and innovative technologies such as Shockwave Therapy, EMTT, and Red Light Therapy.

This role focuses on delivering one-on-one pelvic health care while receiving onsite training and mentorship to build skills in womens health and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

You will work closely with a Physical Therapist to support women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, and lifelong pelvic health. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions under PT supervision Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans Support clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic health conditions Educate clients on core recovery, joint health, and long-term wellness strategies Assist with therapies such as Shockwave, EMTT, and Red Light Therapy as directed Collaborate with the clinical team to provide high-quality, whole-body care Participate in ongoing training, case discussions, and skill development Who You Are A motivated Physical Therapy Assistant interested in womens health Eager to learn and develop new clinical skills Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients A team-oriented, positive, and reliable professional Qualifications Current Washington State PTA license Interest in pelvic health and womens health care Willingness to participate in onsite training and mentorship Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience 401k with 2 percent employer match Health insurance stipend Paid sick leave Paid vacation for employees working 30+ hours per week Continuing education opportunities Onsite training and mentorship Parking permit provided Why This Role Is Unique This position offers the opportunity to build specialized skills in pelvic health within a supportive, one-on-one care model.
