Job description

We are a patient centered Wellness clinic focused on helping patients achieve optimal healing through Chiropractic care and therapeutic services, and excellent customer service. We are seeking a dependable, friendly, high energy, and motivated Stretch Technician or Chiropractic Assistant to join our team mostly for back office hands on patient care.

Responsibilities:

Back Office Duties / Clinical Support Duties

  • Assist the chiropractor during patient visits as instructed
  • Guide patients through therapuetic stretching exercises
  • Perform therapies such as cold laser (training provided)
  • Set patients up for X-rays, following proper procedures and saftey guidlines
  • Assist with shockwave therapy treatments
  • Safely place pateints on and off spinal decompression therapy equipment
  • Educate patients on therapies, stretches, and care plans as directed by the doctor
  • Prepare treatment rooms and clean equipment between patients
  • Ensure smooth flow of patients between check in and check out

Front Office Duties

  • Greet patients and create a welcoming environment
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Answer phones, texts and emails professionally
  • Check patients in and out and process payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Keep the front desk and waiting areas organized and clean

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Friendly, professional and caring demeanor
  • Strong communication, phone skills and organizational skills
  • Abilty to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working hands-on with patients
  • Basic computer skills (experience with medical software is a plus)
  • Previous chiropractic, medical, fitness, or customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided)
