Job description

Registered Massage Therapist — Massage on Main | Stony Plain, AB

Massage on Main is hiring!

We’re a busy, growing massage therapy clinic in Stony Plain, operating out of a beautiful, brand-new facility designed to make your workday as comfortable and straightforward as possible.

We’re looking for Registered Massage Therapists who want to join a supportive, team-oriented clinic where you can focus on what you actually became an RMT to do: treat your clients.

What We Provide

  • Hydraulic massage tables — save your back and adjust your table with ease
  • Full-time reception support — booking, payments, client communication and day-to-day front-end support
  • On-site laundry support — spend less time folding sheets and more time treating
  • Japanese Head Spa sinks & equipment
  • Shockwave therapy machine
  • AI charting available to help make documentation quicker and easier
  • Benefits package available for qualifying full-time subcontractors
  • Established clinic with a growing client base
  • Modern, professional treatment rooms
  • Supportive administrative team

What You’ll Be Responsible For

We like to keep this part pretty simple:

Show up, take great care of your clients, complete your charting, and go home.

We have reception and laundry support to handle much of the behind-the-scenes work. We do ask that everyone operates as part of the team — occasionally that might mean throwing a load of laundry in or lending a hand when reception is overwhelmed.

No one is above helping out when things get busy.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an RMT who:

  • Is reliable and professional
  • Provides excellent client care
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Communicates respectfully with clients and coworkers
  • Is comfortable working independently
  • Contributes to a positive clinic environment
  • Values teamwork, inclusivity and mutual respect
  • Wants to build or maintain a strong clientele in a growing practice

At Massage on Main, we want our therapists to feel supported. We believe a clinic works best when everyone contributes, communicates and treats each other with respect.

If you’re looking for a modern clinic where the administrative load is taken off your shoulders so you can show up and massage, we’d love to hear from you.

Come grow with Massage on Main in Stony Plain.

Company Description

Massage on Main is a woman-owned, inclusive and team-oriented clinic committed to creating a supportive, drama-free workplace where everyone feels respected and valued. We believe great client care starts with a healthy work environment, so we prioritize collaboration, open communication and a team-first mentality. We’re passionate about growth and continuing education, and we encourage our practitioners to develop their skills, explore new modalities and grow professionally alongside the clinic.
