What is shipyard staffing?

Shipyard staffing refers to the process of recruiting, hiring, and managing workers for shipyards where ships are built, repaired, or maintained. This includes a variety of skilled and unskilled positions such as welders, electricians, pipefitters, painters, and general laborers. Staffing agencies specializing in shipyards help ensure that projects are completed on time and meet safety and quality standards by providing qualified personnel. They may also handle payroll, compliance, and training needs for shipyard employers.
