Location: Fairfield, OH 45011

Pay: $15.25 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Available Shifts
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM โ€“ 5:45 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 6:15 PM โ€“ 5:00 AM
Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our manufacturing team in Fairfield, Ohio. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are accurately received, packaged, and shipped while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Pick, verify, count, and weigh parts for outgoing shipments.
  • Package products using the correct cartons and packing materials.
  • Prepare and attach shipping documentation, including packing lists and Bills of Lading.
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists.
  • Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and condition before acceptance.
  • Move materials to designated departments or storage locations.
  • Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Monitor shipping supply inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Help ensure on-time shipments while minimizing errors.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order-picking experience is a plus.
  • Forklift experience preferred or willingness to be trained.
