Footwear Sales Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Footwear Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales process, assist customers, and help manage product and order operations within a fast-paced footwear environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in processing customer orders and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Communicate with clients regarding product availability, samples, CADs, and shipment updates

Support the sales team with order tracking, follow-ups, price verification, and status updates

Maintain and update weekly inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records

Prepare and update product information, sales catalogs, and order line sheets

Coordinate shipping logistics, including routing, generating shipping labels, and scheduling carrier pickups

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, sales support, or footwear/apparel industry preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
