Job description

Summary
The Shipping & Receiving Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving inbound materials, preparing and shipping finished goods, moving product safely, and completing accurate inventory and shipping/receiving documentation using a computer-based MRP/ERP system.
Responsibilities
  • Move raw materials and finished goods to and from the shipping/receiving area.
  • Prepare product for shipment (pack, label, band/wrap pallets) and load trucks safely.
  • Receive inbound shipments, unload trucks, and verify items against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate carriers and complete required shipping/receiving documentation (e.g., bills of lading).
  • Complete inventory transactions in a computer-based MRP/ERP system (issue/receive/transfer).
  • This position requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and basic to intermediate math skills.

Qualifications: Required Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Basic computer skills (ability to enter transactions and maintain records in an MRP/ERP system).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Proficient math skills for counts, weights, and measurements.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
