Gnostech, LLC is seeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support the Navy and Marine Corps (NAVWAR/NIWC Pacific) Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC) In-Service Engineering (ISEA) Programs. The selected candidate will perform both clerical and physical shipping/receiving duties in accordance with established procedures and under supervisory guidance when needed.

Position Responsibilities

  • Verify, package, label, and document outgoing shipments
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments; check against shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices)
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records (e.g., manifests)
  • Ensure proper storage and routing of received materials
  • Prepare shipments for delivery to installation sites
  • Assist with Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO) coordination
  • Support upkeep and servicing of Government vehicles
  • Conduct inventory of warehouse project materials
  • Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
  • Deliver mail to personnel

Minimum Security Clearance

  • Current active Secret Clearance

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 year of prior experience in warehouse/logistics operations
  • Familiarity with government shipping procedures and documentation
  • Forklift Certification
