POSITION SUMMARY

The Shipping and Receiving Leadโ€™s primary responsibility is overseeing production support by ensuring proper procedures are followed in the materials shipping and receiving process.ย ย  Primary responsibilities also include leading other Shipping Department personnel as well as verifying, staging, tracking and documenting any material received and products shipped from point of intake or outtake to their proper location.ย

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ฬˆย ย ย ย ย  Review shipping schedule.

ฬˆย ย ย ย ย  Customer relations, ensure timeliness of all matters.

ฬˆย ย ย ย ย  Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standard.

ฬˆย ย ย ย ย  Report any discrepancies in invoices.

ฬˆย ย ย ย ย  Perform check of incoming goods to ensure compliance with invoices as well as to assure against damages.

ฬˆย ย ย ย ย  Maintain and support a clean, organized work environment
