Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Supportย onsite Client team by collaborating with the 3PL employees and internal Client customers related to shipping discrepancy claims.
  • Investigate shipment discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to ensure ongoing quality and compliance.
  • Support customer claims process and co-ordinate between shipping office and claims analyst team.
  • Actively support the Quality team with additional activities as needed to meet quality targets and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support oversight and administration of the returnable container program on behalf of Client.
  • Due to the nature of the job, the candidate should be able to lift 35 pounds with assistance.
    Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments and may require walking and standing on the shop floor within a large warehouse environment.
Skills:
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong computer skills and data analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with data entry, report generation, and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
