Our areas of expertise include Computer Network Defense (CND), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Cyber Forensics. We aim to use our technical skill set in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Information Assurance (IA) to support global Cyber operations and mission training.

Job Description

VOR Technology is seeking a Process Engineer who applies Process Improvement (PI), engineering methodologies, and principles to effectively improve and align Enterprise-level processes. Facilitates project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives. Coordinates the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams by providing group facilitation, interviewing, training and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Acts as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure Enterprise-wide integration of engineering efforts.

Qualifications

*All Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph

  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education)
  • Twelve (12) years' experience with Process Improvement (PI) supporting DoD/IC programs.
  • Within the past ten (10) years:
    -Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in the following:
  • Experience with facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation
    -Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in the following:
  •  Intelligence Community (IC) experience
  • Estimating, planning, and tracking projects and programs

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope clearance
