Sharp Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Deltona, Florida. The physical therapist will work onsite at our Rehabilitation Center, located in Deltona, Florida. This modern facility is designed to facilitate a strong rehabilitation experience, equipped with today’s leading technology and therapeutic resources. Our dedicated team works Monday through Friday, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and teamwork are essential.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations that include a detailed review of medical history, physical assessments, and the formulation of detailed treatment plans to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Communicate evaluation findings effectively to patients and their families, ensuring they are involved in setting achievable treatment goals.

• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on patient evaluations, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting to the evolving healthcare landscape.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and timely adjustments to the care plans.

• Document patient progress accurately and promptly, ensuring that all care activities are traced clearly from initial evaluations through discharge.

• Manage time effectively to meet productivity standards while maintaining flexibility in scheduling and patient care delivery.

• Participate actively in departmental meetings to contribute to goal setting, quality improvement initiatives, and educational development.

• Engage in community outreach and promotional activities to enhance the clinic's visibility and accessibility.

The physical therapist will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management and sports rehabilitation. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as required by the state of Florida.

• Current American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient-centered approach to care.

• A commitment to continuous professional development and a collaborative team attitude.

• While one year of professional experience is preferred, recent graduates are encouraged to apply as we value passionate and dedicated individuals willing to learn and grow.
