Qualifications- A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients.
- Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude in therapeutic settings.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads.
- No history of disciplinary actions on licensing boards.
