Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, ensuring the creation of personalized treatment plans that meet their unique situations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver counseling services to individuals, groups, and families.
• Engage in team collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, applying your expertise and empathy to navigate emergency situations effectively.
• Participate in community outreach programs and awareness campaigns to destigmatize mental health issues, reinforcing the importance of seeking help.

Qualifications

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master's degree or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Display cultural competence and an understanding of varied cultural contexts within therapeutic settings.
• Demonstrate outstanding organizational and time management skills, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to licensing requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in remote psychotherapy settings, adapting therapeutic practices to online platforms.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams that provide coordinated care and support for clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.
• Experience in crisis intervention, particularly with clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

Sharp Wellness Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to an attractive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
