Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring all aspects of NetSuite or Oracle Retail life cycle support engagements. This role performs a highly visible, managerial role leading the delivery of initiatives to our clients with responsibility for Relationship Management, Project Management and Business / Technical Delivery.
Essential Functions:

  • Participate in project planning and supporting tasks to manage expectations, maintain timeline and meet goals for project deliverables
  • Ability to create and maintain project documents, project plans, including solution approaches, functional and technical requirements, and specifications
  • Comfortable presenting RAID log, project plans, timelines, status and other project documents to client
  • Manage Scope changes
  • Managing delivery team in conjunction with functional and technical leads
  • Able to manage several smaller projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience with software implementations and production support
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of onshore and offshore resources
  • Participate in pre-sales and business development activities
  • Draft proposals and statements of work
  • Ability to serve as customer’s daily point of contact
  • Ability to track and manage budget, forecasts and actuals relating to dollars and resources
Other Functions:
  • Follow BTM methodologies and procedures
  • Able to contribute to other work efforts on the project as needed
  • May perform other job-related duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Other Skills:
  • 5+ years in a project management role
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Tools/Systems: NetSuite, Kantata, MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
