Shift :               1st Shift (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Mon–Fri; Onsite 3 days/week, Wednesday mandatory)

Job Description:

The Creative Services Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end creative projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with corporate brand standards. This role collaborates with internal marketing teams and creative stakeholders to drive high-quality content execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management (60%):

• Manage creative deliverables such as brochures, ads, presentations, AEM web pages, Eloqua emails, and social media content
• Develop project timelines, estimates, and schedules
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate workflows across design, proofreading, and art direction teams
• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and creative teams
• Define project roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Collaboration (30%):

• Work cross-functionally with marketing and internal stakeholders
• Communicate project expectations clearly
