Job description

The Client Project Manager, Pagero role within our Pagero Global Projects team is responsible for leading e-invoice implementation projects for large, multi-national corporations. The Client Project Manager is responsible for leading internal and external project resources toward project success from kickoff to close. They will be responsible for managing 4-6 projects simultaneously based on size. The Client Project Manager will work with resources in multiple time zones across North America and Europe, requiring excellent telephone and writing skills.

The successful Client Project Manager: Is organized, accountable and self-driven. Understands the importance of striving for customer satisfaction within project constraints like time and budget. Has a strong understanding of project lifecycles, and a natural leadership quality. Enjoys working in teams and striving toward a common goal. Understands customer needs as well as anticipates potential risks.

About the Role

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Define the scope, goals, and deliverables of the project in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including sales, technical consultants, product development, and other departments, to ensure project success.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, as well as handle any necessary adjustments to project constraints.

  • Manage project budgets and financial objectives, ensuring that the project is delivered within the approved budget.

  • Identify, assess, and minimize project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to resolve project issues.

  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

  • Adhere to industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

  • Establishing and helping to maintain customer long-term relationships.

  • Ensuring the client's successful and optimum utilization of products and solutions

  • Provide coaching and guidance to project team members to achieve project goals and develop their skills.

About You

  • Minimum of 4 years leading customer projects

  • Experience with global customers

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • E-invoicing or ERP implementation experience a plus
