  • Enforce MFA, Conditional Access, and least-privilege access; keep joiner/mover/leaver processes tight.
  • Remotely manage Windows laptops (Intune/Endpoint Manager or equivalent): imaging/enrollment, patching, compliance, BitLocker, and retirement.
  • Manage smartphones and app-protection policies; execute remote wipe and lost-device procedures.
  • Support IP printers and print services.
  • Provide responsive support to office and remote staff; maintain inventory and practical runbooks.
  • Assist the IT Manager with CMMC / NIST SP 800-171 technical controls, logging, baselines, access reviews, and assessment evidence.
  • Work within change control; document what you change and why.
Qualifications

  • Several years administering Microsoft 365 / Azure in a live environment; GCC High or Azure Government experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven remote endpoint management (laptops and phones) and experience with networked printers.
  • Security instincts: MFA, logging, least privilege, and clean documentation.
  • Comfort supporting two offices plus remote users; periodic travel.
  • Security+ (or other DoD 8140 IAT II) now or within six months.
  • Federal contractor and CMMC / NIST SP 800-171 experience strongly preferred.

GLOTECH, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer - Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
