Assist in cleaning up and correcting contracts in SAP for Sales Support Team. Previous work in SAP is prefererred.
Attention to detail and communication with other team members is a must.
Skills in Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and SAP is needed.
Assists the sales support team by providing daily administrative support and other tasks as assigned. 1-3 years experience
The Sales Support Administrator I is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting daily sales activities.
This entry-level role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, and facilitating effective communication between different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales representatives by preparing quotes, contracts, and sales orders.
Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM (SAP) systems.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
