Integration and Shared Services Manager


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Integration and Shared Services Manager manages the teams affording enterprise/cross SBU support to ONEIL's mission to develop high-quality product support information and focuses on maximizing its value to our customers over its life cycle. The Integration and Shared Services Manager develops and executes enterprise processes for the shared services across the SBUs. The Manager also provides integrated metrics for both the shared services and SBUs.

This role requires an overall understanding of the processes, methodologies, and services ONEIL offers to its customers. It involves implementing enterprise templates, processes, procedures, and guidelines, for share services. This position will have responsibility for defining and tracking metrics for productivity of each team within Shared Services, as well as developing trending reports and providing input towards continual improvement. This position will work with the CFOO and SBU managers to schedule needed resources to meet contractual requirements. This role will oversee a large and diverse staff and work with the team in performing day-to-day activities for assigned projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Establish and implement standards, best practices, and enterprise templates, processes, procedures, and guidelines, for share services
  • Establish and support department and corporate standards for the organizations business plan
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, yearling trending report analysis, as required
  • Work closely with executive management and the SBUs to ensure methods and standards are adhered to and the program requirements are met
  • Collaborateswith SBU managers to ensure personnel are shifted appropriately, depending onchangingprojectdeadlines
  • Coordinate, allocate, and schedule resources across project teams
  • Identify and implement other resource needs as required
  • Mentor, train, and develop direct reports, assess strengths and weakness and ensure continual improvement and development
  • Resolve team or program conflicts
  • Establish and maintain standard processes and procedures of shared services for the organization
  • Perform any other job related instructions, as requested, with reasonable accommodation

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • General office environment; required to use office equipment (personal computer, telephone/smartphone, photocopier); required to sit/stand for long periods of time
  • May be required (on short notice) to work overtime/additional hours to meet deadlines; may occasionally require weekend and/or working holidays, as needed
  • May infrequently be required to travel by motor vehicle and/or airplane to attend customer meetings.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelorof Science (BS) or Arts (BA)degree in a technical fieldor equivalentworkexperienceisrequired

Experience:

  • Minimum offour to six (4-6) yearsof experiencemanaging large-scale projects across multiple disciplinesisrequired
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Aerospace, Commercial, or Defense industry is required

Technical Experience:

  • Intermediate-level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Experience with development and support of organization processes, standards, and procedures
  • Experience with leading projects and personnel resources

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to handle proprietary information in a highly confidential manner
  • Ability to lead projects, project teams, and assist in training initiatives
  • Knowledgeable in field to skillfully perform assigned tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel according to company guidelines
