Job Summary:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager who can lead Agile delivery of ServiceNow projects and ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects
  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams
  • Track project progress, risks, and deliverables
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality ServiceNow releases

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of ServiceNow project management experience
  • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred:
  • Scrum Master and/or ServiceNow certifications
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience working with Department of Treasury
