Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead ServiceNow implementation and maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, project management, and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, execute, and oversee ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure.
-Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
-Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout project execution.
-Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to leadership.
-Drive continuous improvement and best practices for ServiceNow implementation and support.
Required Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Project Manager for ServiceNow implementations or maintenance.
-Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
