The Service Writer plays a critical role in the automotive service department by acting as the primary liaison between customers and the service technicians. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the commercial truck repair industry.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and terminology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.

Preferred Qualifications:
