Administrative Assistant – Automotive Service Department.
Frisco, CO.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Automotive Service Writer. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is eager to contribute to a team that values customer satisfaction and quality service. Automotive knowledge is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Writer in preparing accurate and timely auto service estimates.
  • Receive, organize, and return automotive parts as needed.
  • Check in customers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service updates.
  • Support general automotive administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:
