Job description

Service Writer:

  • Review all service invoices for correctness (mileage, working times, parts, etc.)
  • Adjust mileage, times, markups to match each individual customer’s needs/wants (George & Rick will train this person on each customer and what is needed here)
  • Process and input key account information into Fullbay+QuickBooks
  • Identify and execute areas to improve current invoicing procedures
  • Interface with Cash Management team to ensure timely payment and collections for all accounts
  • Collaborate with other service writers, parts department, technicians to schedule jobs, order parts and onboard/organize customers
  • Qualities:
