Technology Leadership
  • Lead day-to-day technology operations across assigned communities and business functions.
  • Ensure reliable delivery of technology services, infrastructure, telecommunications, business applications, and end-user support.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to identify opportunities where technology can improve operational performance and resident outcomes.
  • Support enterprise technology initiatives, system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation projects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and responsible technology adoption.
  • Promote effective use of Microsoft 365, AI-enabled tools, collaboration platforms, and emerging technologies.

Associate Experience

  • Recognize and celebrate associate contributions through LEC programs such as CORE, RISE, and Grateful Hearts.
  • Model servant leadership and cultivate a workplace grounded in trust, respect, and accountability.

Resident & Customer Experience

  • Maintain a customer-first mindset, emphasizing responsiveness, empathy, and service excellence.
  • Support resident-facing technology initiatives and educational opportunities when appropriate.

Cybersecurity, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Support HIPAA, privacy, security, compliance, and risk-management initiatives.
  • Ensure appropriate controls, processes, and safeguards are maintained across technology systems.
  • Participate in business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency preparedness planning.
  • Support cybersecurity awareness and education throughout the organization.

Operational Excellence
  • Monitor service levels, ticket trends, project progress, and operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain measurable goals aligned with LEC's Five Pillars.
  • Seek opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
  • Manage assigned budgets, technology assets, vendor relationships, and procurement activities.
  • Utilize data to drive decisions and support continuous process improvement across the organization.
