Summary:
The Support Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed business decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role focuses on validating auction data for onboarded properties through detailed comparison analysis, with an emphasis on accuracy across closing, title, and contractual documentation.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Support Analyst serves as a key point of coordination among internal teams and external stakeholders, requiring effective communication and client service skills to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Perform detailed comparison analysis to validate auction data for onboarded properties in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Review and analyze closing documents, title documents, deeds, legal descriptions, purchase agreements, and HUD statements to extract and verify required data.
  • Identify missing or inaccurate documentation and take appropriate action to obtain or correct information.
  • Validate contractual documents and coordinate submission for signatures to appropriate parties.
  • Prioritize competing tasks effectively while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to clear priority queues and meet client KPIs.
  • Provide excellent client service and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives that enhance team efficiency and analytical capabilities.
  • Support business needs through flexibility in work hours and occasional overtime.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US Mortgage or related industry.
  • Proven experience in an analyst or similar role.
  • Experience working with REO brokers, real estate agents, and asset managers preferred.
  • Strong understanding of title review, buyer contracts, and closing documents (HUD).
