Job description

Sodexo Energy & Resources is seeking an Operations Support Manager to support an Oil & Gas client in Sugar Land, TX. The ideal candidate will bring experience leading teams, managing operational priorities, and building strong client relationships.

This role will support site operations by managing purchase orders, ordering supplies, providing janitorial and maintenance oversight, expense reporting, and email communications. MEP knowledge preferred and experience with work order systems a plus.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for driving operational consistency and enhancing service delivery across a defined area or division. You’ll help develop tools, implement standards, and provide hands-on support that empowers frontline teams and elevates the customer experience.


Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $89250 per year - $115500 per year
