Position Summary The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing operational performance, customer service, and financial results. This position drives safety, quality, productivity, and profitability while aligning with company goals and supporting growth initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage KPIs, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery in pump and rotating equipment repair, distribution, and field service operations.

Key Responsibilities Lead operations to achieve safety, service, quality, and financial objectives. Manage profit & loss (P&L), budgeting, and forecasting for the business unit. Identify and address operational issues promptly.

Support team collaboration, fostering a strong performance-driven culture. Monitor, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics to senior leadership. Accountable for overseeing inventory management, implementing inventory control measures, and supervising warehouse staff Provide facility management support as needed.

Provide operational support as needed. Serve as a professional ambassador of the company, upholding our mission and core values. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (required).

Minimum 3 years in service or operations management. Proven ability to develop talent and lead performance-driven teams. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of pump systems, rotating machinery, and related components. Proficiency with P&L responsibility Proficient in Infor CSD and Board reporting systems. Join a team that keeps America running.
