  • Lead and direct business development efforts in partnership with marketing, client development, and technical teams, including strategic pursuits and large proposals across service lines.
  • Oversee profit/loss performance, project management, quality, safety, utilization, employee supervision, client relations, and new business development.
  • Communicate area progress to leadership, including business development, project schedules, employee management, safety, financial results, and equipment, facility, or organizational needs.
  • Promote thoughtful innovation and continuous improvement that strengthen client service, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
  • Develop awareness of project-related risks, apply company risk policies, and help teams proactively protect Terracon and its clients.
  • Strengthen Terracon's IIF Safety Culture locally by communicating safety expectations, modeling safe behaviors, and ensuring accountability for safety initiatives, rules, and guidelines.
  • Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects, ensuring best practices are followed and managers are accountable for quality control standards.
