Fort Bliss TX Site Operations Manager Site Operations Manager โ€” Warehouse & Logistics Operations

Location: Fort Bliss, Texas โ€” Warehouse / Building 722
Position Type: Full-Time
Clearance: SECRET โ€” Must currently possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead physical logistics and warehouse operations at Fort Bliss, Texas.

The Site Operations Manager will provide direct leadership of the site workforce and oversee warehouse operations, property accountability, logistics activities, personnel performance, and execution of Performance Work Statement requirements.

The successful candidate should have substantial logistics leadership experience and the ability to manage personnel and Government property in a mission-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of the Fort Bliss site workforce.
  • Manage physical logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Oversee property accountability and associated logistics processes.
  • Ensure accurate accountability and control of Government property and equipment.
  • Monitor workload, staffing, schedules, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Coordinate site activities with Program Management and Government representatives.
  • Identify and resolve property, inventory, and operational discrepancies.
  • Support investigations and corrective actions associated with Government-furnished property discrepancies.
  • Maintain operational continuity during staffing changes or unexpected personnel losses.
  • Ensure applicable safety, quality, and accountability requirements are followed.
  • Provide timely reporting of operational issues to Program Management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in physical logistics or leading analytical teams.
  • Minimum 3 years of DoD leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated physical-logistics and/or warehouse leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership and personnel-management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage property-accountability requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a Government environment.
  • Must possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Government warehouse-management experience.
  • Experience with Government property accountability.
  • Experience managing Government-furnished property (GFP).
  • Experience leading contractor personnel supporting DoD warehouse operations.
  • Previous experience supporting Fort Bliss logistics operations.
Work Location

This position is based at Fort Bliss, Texas, supporting warehouse operations associated with Building 722.
