Job Title: Sales & Service Operations Analyst I 
Location: 23751 N. 23rd Ave. Suite 190 Phoenix, AZ 85085 - Onsite
Duration: 12 Months + Extension
Pay Rate: $28/Hr on W2 without benefits
 
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Service Operations Analyst I to support a fast-paced sales organization by processing customer orders, maintaining sales records, tracking shipments, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the order fulfillment process.
The ideal candidate has strong administrative and organizational skills, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Operations
  • Process new product sales orders for the inside sales team.
  • Enter, review, and maintain accurate sales order information.
  • Track customer orders from receipt through shipment.
  • Monitor order status and proactively follow up to ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Maintain sales activity databases and accurate shipment records.
  • Support sales personnel with order processing and administrative activities.

Customer Support:
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and billing questions.
  • Resolve customer inquiries by working with internal departments and manufacturing teams.
  • Assist with billing issue resolution when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer, product, and company information.

Administrative Support:
  • Prepare reports and maintain sales documentation.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide updates or presentations as needed.
  • Support product sales specialists with administrative tasks and order coordination.
  • Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Four years of administrative experience supporting sales operations in a fast-paced business environment may also satisfy the education requirement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with sales order processing, CRM, or ERP systems is a plus.
