What youโ€™ll do:

  • Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician for each service appointment.
  • Manage technician schedules and monitor their progress throughout the day.
  • Provide updates to customers on technician arrival times and job statuses.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and prepare reports for management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed.
  • Foster a professional and friendly rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
