Lake Elsinore CDJR is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts Department Assistant to support the daily operations of our busy automotive parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers.  


Our Parts Department plays a critical role in supporting our service technicians, wholesale customers, and retail clients. The Parts Department Assistant helps keep operations running efficiently by ensuring the right parts are received, organized, and delivered accurately and on time.  


Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Assist with receiving, checking, and stocking incoming parts shipments.                      
  • Pull and stage parts for technicians and service repair orders.                                        
  • Deliver parts to technicians promptly to minimize repair delays.                                  
  • Maintain accurate inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness.                            
  • Assist in cycle counts and inventory control procedures.                                              
  • Process returns, cores, and warranty parts as directed.                                                   
  • Help package and ship customer and wholesale orders.                                                  
  • Provide support to the front counter as needed.                                                              
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager.
