The Senior Delivery Manager provides leadership and oversight for the delivery of architecture, engineering, and operations services across DISAs SharePoint and Dynamics CRM environments. This role ensures all objectives from task areas are achieved within the defined scope, budget, and schedule. The Senior Delivery Manager serves as the primary liaison between contractor staff, DoD stakeholders, and mission partners, ensuring disciplined governance, risk management, and technical excellence. The Sr. Delivery Manager manages the project work as defined by the client contract. Leads medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects and also manages the factfinding, analysis and development of hypothesis/conclusions, production of final reports and delivery of presentations.

This is an onsite position located within the National Capital Region. Individuals must reside within a commutable distance in order to work onsite full time.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead all aspects of Platform Services and Operations and Maintenance Service Delivery to ensure seamless coordination between architecture, engineering, and O&M functions.
  • Manage technical project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables in alignment with DISA J6's technology roadmap.
  • Coordinate all reporting deliverables such as System Availability, Ticket Queue, and O&M Metrics Reports.
  • Oversee SLAs, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring compliance with DISA service objectives.
  • Lead weekly technical reviews, risk assessments, and monthly IPR meetings.
  • Enforce SharePoint and CRM governance and ensure alignment with DOD and Cloud best practices.
  • Develop and submit all required deliverables, including Monthly Task Order Status Reports, Task Area Progress Reports, Quarterly Management Plan Updates, Quality Assurance/Control Procedures, Configuration Management documentation, Program Management Plan, and Task Area Management Plans.
  • Oversee adherence to DoD-PA and RMF frameworks, including Provisional Authorization (PA) and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with change management, configuration management, and quality assurance requirements.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education/Experience: BA/BS in a technical discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering).
  • Citizenship and Clearance:
    • US Citizenship is required.
    • Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret clearance.
  • Certifications: PMP
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience managing enterprise IT programs or modernization projects within DoD or federal environments, preferably SharePoint or CRM environments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
  • Supervise and mentor technical teams across SharePoint, CRM, and cloud migration efforts.
  • Coordinate collaboration between architecture, engineering, and operations staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IAM III certification preferred: CASP+, CISSP, CISM, or other 8140 IAM certification.
  • ITIL, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000
