Position Description

Leads the delivery of FMS-NG Operations, Maintenance, and Enhancements (OM&E) services. Responsible for managing system operations, service delivery, stakeholder communication, and compliance with EXIM processes. Oversees Agile releases, incident resolution, and backlog reduction. Coordinates with OCFO, OCIO, auditors, and infrastructure teams. Ensures adherence to change control, release management, and security practices. Drives continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Acts as the single point of contact to COR and leadership. Ensures deliverables, reporting, and SLA performance are met consistently.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred). 18+ years of experience managing large-scale federal IT programs. PMP certification required; Agile/SAFe and ITIL certifications preferred.

Technical Skills

Extensive experience in federal financial systems (Oracle EBS preferred), program governance, Agile and SAFe methodologies, ITIL service management, AWS/cloud-hosted enterprise systems, risk management frameworks, and compliance (FISMA, FISCAM). Ability to manage multi-million-dollar programs and cross-functional teams.
