Sodexois seeking askilled Multi Service Operations Managerto support a manufacturing client inIowa City, Iowa. In this role, you will oversee the daily planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility projects at a large manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in facilities and budget management, critical systems, hard and soft services, and vendor oversight. We're looking for a proven leader with experience managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee preventative, proactive, and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and critical systems, utilizing skilled contracted teams.

  • Administer and optimize the CMMS work order system to track maintenance tasks, improve workflow, and ensure timely completion.

  • Supervise vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to agreed-upon terms and performance standards.

  • Manage the operations and maintenance budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
