(V&EG) a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory, Compliance, Computer, Engineering, Project Management, Validation, and other services.

We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

  • Field Coordinator - Construction (GMP/Biotech Facility)

Description:

The Field Coordinator supports day-to-day construction activities within an active GMP biotech facility. This role assists with field coordination, documentation, and communication between contractors, project teams, and site stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily field coordination of construction activities (civil, mechanical, electrical, utilities).
  • Assist with tracking work progress, schedules, and field activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with site procedures and GMP requirements.
  • Support permit tracking (e.g., hot work, LOTO, confined space) in coordination with EHS.
  • Maintain field documentation, including logs, reports, and punch list items.
  • Participate in daily/weekly coordination meetings and take meeting notes.
  • Assist in tracking and following up on open issues and action items.
  • Support turnover activities, including documentation collection and organization.
  • Ensure good communication between construction, engineering, CQV, and operations teams.

Essential Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in construction or project support, preferably in a GMP or regulated environment
  • Familiarity with GMP environments (preferred)

Skills:

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word; experience with tools like Procore or Autodesk is a plus)

Education:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
