Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Corvallis, OR that is seeking a Contract Analyst.
RUBRICS.
* Identify contractual provisions that are favorable, unfavorable, or inconsistent with company objectives
* Perform cost and business impact analysis of key commercial terms and contract provisions
* Evaluate supplier warranty commitments and compare them against target requirements
* Prioritize opportunities for future supplier negotiations based on financial impact, business value, implementation complexity, and contractual risk
* Develop concise summaries for internal stakeholders
* Track findings across multiple suppliers and maintain organized documentation of analyses
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Experience reviewing commercial contracts, supplier agreements, or procurement-related documents
* Ability to analyze complex legal and commercial language and translate findings
* Strong analytical and financial assessment capabilities
* Experience evaluating pricing structures, payment terms, inventory arrangements, warranties, or other supplier relationship terms
* Proficiency with Excel, data analysis, and presentation of findings
* Excellent written communication and documentation skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
