Our dealership is busy one and our small team is adding a position to assist in answering the many requests we are receiving daily!

This is a local family-owned franchised Chevrolet dealer on the east side of Columbus.

We have a small team which affords the right person ample opportunity to earn an excellent income!

Our goal is to find the right person to join our team! 

A candidate for consideration will be highly motivated and be able to think quick on their feet while providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customer base and assist us in gaining new customers via internet inquires and referrals.

Description:

Respond to request from internet inquiries via phone, text and email using our CRM.

This will include answering questions concerning the vehicles features, available history, our processes and what we an offer in the way of a great customer experience.

Answer incoming phones calls from customers inquiring about vehicles, seeking specific information on new and used vehicles and providing information on how we can make this a great experience for them.

Outgoing calls to current customers to follow up on their satisfaction of their current vehicle, the satisfaction of the service provided by the dealership and discuss potential upgrade opportunities with those with an expiring lease contract or with trade in opportunity.

Hours:

We are closed on Sundays.  Schedule includes one day off through the week. 

Hours or operation are Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with scheduled 8 hour shifts within these hours. 

(40 hours/week)

Pay:

Hourly pay + Commissions + Bonuses + Cash Bonuses
