Bill Harris Dealerships is looking for an energetic, motivated BDC / Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team.

This isn’t a traditional office job. You’ll be talking with customers every day, following up with people who are interested in vehicles, setting appointments, and helping turn opportunities into real showroom visits and sales.

You’ll also work alongside our new AI-powered customer communication technology, using it as a tool to help manage leads, follow-up, and customer communication. We’ll teach you the system—you just need to be comfortable with technology and willing to learn.

And when your appointments show up and buy, you have the opportunity to earn additional performance-based incentives.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to new customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
  • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in a vehicle
  • Build relationships and create a great first impression
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Confirm and follow up on appointments
  • Work leads through consistent, professional follow-up
  • Use our CRM and AI-assisted communication tools to manage customer opportunities
  • Track customer activity and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with the sales team to make sure customers have a great experience
  • Help turn internet and phone leads into appointments, showroom visits, and sales
