ProTech Mechanical, a Crete United Company, is seeking an experienced Service Sales Accounts Manager to support and grow our commercial HVAC service business in Corpus Christi and the surrounding region.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional who understands HVAC systems, enjoys consultative selling, and thrives in a field-based, relationship-driven environment. You'll work closely with service, estimating, and operations teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close service, retrofit, and replacement work.

What You'll Do
  • Sell HVAC service solutions including repairs, retrofits, equipment replacements, and service agreements
  • Identify upgrade and replacement opportunities through service calls, work orders, and RFPs
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to system additions, modernization, and lifecycle improvements
  • Partner with estimators and leadership to develop pricing and technical solutions
  • Follow up with new construction customers to introduce service offerings
  • Develop new business with existing and new clients
  • Use ROI-based selling to align solutions with customer operational, financial, and sustainability goals
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, cost/benefit analyses, and service agreements
  • Negotiate value and close sales while maintaining strong long-term customer relationships
  • Manage multiple active opportunities, including service contracts, turnkey projects, and repairs
  • Sell, renew, and expand renewable and multi-year service agreements
  • Maintain weekly/monthly activity reports and annual sales forecasts
  • Collaborate closely with service, sales, estimating, and operations teams
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required

Experience & Background
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC service sales, construction sales, or related technical sales roles
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and mechanical equipment
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing complex customer relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
