Lead Server – Pathway to Floor Manager

We’re looking for a hospitality-driven Lead Server ready to grow into a leadership role. 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Lead and support FOH team during service
  • Deliver warm, consistent, high-quality guest experiences
  • Help with floor charts, sidework, and team coaching
  • Handle cashouts, balance deposits, and close out accurately
  • Promote Nexus Neighbor program + upsell menu features

What You Bring:
 
  • 1+ year of restaurant experience
  • Strong communication + leadership potential
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
  • 21+ with or able to get alcohol server certification
