Job description

Paradise Valley Country Club is seeking Server Assistants to join our team on a part-time basis for evening shifts in our Main Dining Room. As a Server Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our members and guests have a pleasant dining experience. Your responsibilities will include setting and cleaning dining room tables, assisting servers, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist servers in their tasks to enhance the dining experience for members and guests.
  • Welcome guests by serving water and bread as they are seated.
  • Assist in carrying food trays to tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Remove soiled dishes from tables and bring them to the dishwashing area.
  • Replace soiled linen with clean linen to maintain a fresh and inviting dining environment.
  • Set tables with silverware, glassware, and other items in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of dining room areas, including dusting chairs before and after meals.
  • Stock servers' station with necessary supplies to ensure smooth service.
  • Collect and dispose of trash from the dining room, grill, and other specified areas after each serving period.
  • Keep ice bins and buckets filled to serve chilled beverages.
