About the Role:
The Host plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dining experience in our establishment. This position is responsible for overseeing the front-of-house staff, managing reservations, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. The Host will also be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any guest concerns, and maintaining high standards of service. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Ultimately, the Host is key to enhancing the overall guest experience and fostering a loyal customer base.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Certification in hospitality management or a related field.
