We are currently seeking a Senior Writer to join our corporate communications team.
Description
The Senior Writer will be responsible for delivering sophisticated and finely styled writing products and other key communications. In conjunction with leaders across the organization, you will help craft Apple's institutional voice, both inside and outside the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years experience in executive communications, internal communications, public affairs/relations, journalism, PR agency or other communications fields.
Superlative writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and produce compelling prose quickly.
Exceptional creative and critical thinking skills.
Proven ability to build trust and collaborate across diverse teams, including at the executive level.
Ability to fit well into a flexible, versatile and detail-oriented team, where we keep an eye on the big picture and find opportunities to be creative in moments of ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive speechwriting experience or a track record of shaping institutional voice.
Deep understanding of topics relevant to Apple's core values, such as privacy, accessibility and the environment.
A keen knowledge of, or passion for, the consumer technology space.
