Description
We are a prominent and growing U.S.-based personal injury law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional legal representation and maximizing case value for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Writer to join our team and support the preparation of compelling, high-quality settlement demand packages.
The Demand Writer will be responsible for drafting persuasive demand letters that clearly present liability, damages, and the impact of injuries. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate medical records and case facts into compelling narratives.
Responsibilities:
  • Draft 90-100+ comprehensive and persuasive settlement demand letters for personal injury cases/month.
  • Review and summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation utilizing AI software.
  • Analyze liability and clearly outline arguments for insurance carriers.
  • Calculate and present special and general damages.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and organization of demand packages.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff.
  • Maintain productivity in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a demand writer or legal writer in personal injury law (U.S.-based firms preferred).
  • Strong understanding of personal injury claims process.
  • Experience reviewing medical records and billing summaries.
